Sunny Gupta is a skilled professional in Real Estate sector from India who found new opportunities and success through the Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants program. Sunny had a successful career as an Associate Director and Vice President of sales and marketing department for various real estate firms in India, with 13 years of experience and MBA from Amity International Business School along with International Business and Marketing from universities in the UK and the USA. Despite his expertise, transitioning to the new job market in Canada proved to be challenging for him. He had multiple counseling sessions with Employment specialist on networking, guidance for picking up a brokerage, connecting with mentor, and setting up his own brokerage firm, which helped him understand the real estate industry in BC. With the program’s support, Sunny has successfully obtained recognition and has opened his own Real estate brokerage.

Presently, I am employed as a Sales Associate at Leon’s Furniture, concurrently managing a small business in jewelry retail. Moreover, I have completed the LLQP full course and await provincial government approval of my licensing application. Additionally, I have embarked on a new role as a Financial Services Advisor Associate with Experior Financial Group. Undoubtedly, my journey is in its nascent stages, and I remain steadfast in my commitment to achieve further milestones in Canada. After my application, the process was completed within couple of weeks then I got my loan. The focus of the webinar was to equip skilled newcomers with the essential interview skills needed to shine and excel in their professional journey. I must say, it was an enlightening experience. Under the expert guidance of our remarkable speaker, the webinar surpassed all expectations.

J.D, Firstly, I would like to thank you for helping me with the nervousness and stress of getting a job in Canada.
